Ranitidine Hydrochloride Capsules

【Indications】For treatment of duodenal ulcers, gastric ulcers, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other diseases associated with high gastric acid secretion.

【Administration and Dosage】(1) Oral administration. 2 times a day with 150mg (1 capsule) each time, or 300mg (2 capsules) once a day before bedtime. (2) Maintenance therapy: 150mg (1 capsule) once every night for oral administration. (3) Patients with severe nephropathy: the longer the elimination half-life of ranitidine, the lower the dosage; 2 times a day with 75mg (half a capsule) each time. (4) Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: large doses recommended; 600-1, 200mg (4-8 capsules) a day.
