【Indications】(1) Hypertension; and (2) heart failure.

【Administration and Dosage】Depend on symptoms or individual differences. This product should be used under the guidance or supervision of a physician, with the dosage given based on the principle of individualization and adjusted in accordance with the efficacy. 1. Usual dosage for adults (1) Hypertension: 2-3 times a day with 12. 5mg each time. Increase the dose to 50mg 2-3 times a day within 1-2 weeks as needed. Use it in combination with other anti-hypertensive drugs when its efficacy remains unsatisfactory. (2) Heart failure: 12. 5mg orally 2-3 times a day initially; gradually increase the dose to 50mg 2-3 times a day if necessary; observe the efficacy for two weeks before considering a further dosage increase. For patients who have recently taken diuretics in large doses, with low sodium and hypovolemia yet normal or lower blood pressure, recommended initial dosage is 6. 25mg 3 times a day, and the dosage can be gradually increased to a usual one after tests. 2. Usual dosage for children Lower blood pressure and treat heart failure: 0. 3mg/kg of body weight 3 times a day initially; increase 0. 3mg/kg every 8-24 hours if necessary to find the minimal effective dose.
